Our pellet production process begins by grinding alfalfa round bales, which are then\ncompacted and pressed into high-density pellets. This reduces the product's volume by up to\nfour times while preserving its nutritional value.<\/p>\n

Because both leaves and stems are incorporated into the process, the protein-rich leaves\nremain intact, minimizing nutrient loss and maximizing feed efficiency.<\/p>\n

        Our large bales are carefully classified by cut, lot, and quality, then stacked under controlled\nconditions to preserve their color, aroma, freshness, and palatability.<\/p>\n

        Designed for horse farms, dairy operations, and feedlots, these bales can be processed with\nfiber lengths of 7 or 10 cm, making them ideal for direct use in feed mixers and Total Mixed\nRation systems.<\/p>\n

        Large bales weigh between 380 and 450 kilograms, depending on the category, and\nmeasure approximately 0.80 x 0.90 x 2.20 meters each. A full load can carry up to 60\nmega-bales and transport between 18,000 and 24,000 kilograms (depending on the size of\nthe truck). Available year-round.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
